production. Our facility has fourteen
combined CNC vertical and horizontal centers.
Our state-of-the-art milling department allows
Mid-State Machine to handle virtually any
product your business may require. |

| We meet the
mass production goals our customers require by
professionally utilizing the well equipped robotic
turning department. This means more products
with less handling and reduced cost to the
customer. Our milling facility
has twelve CNC turning machines that includes
four robotic turning devices. We are
capable of turning parts up to 30" in diameter. |

| Our fabrication department
specializes in producing precision sheet metal
products utilizing two Trumpf Laser Cutting
Machines. By employing the latest
technologies in laser cutting, punching,
forming, and MIG/TIG welding that incorporates
robotic welding, Mid-State Machine can provide
quality products to a virtually any industry. |

| Our gear department
specializes in manufacturing precision helical
and spur gears, sprockets, timing chain pulleys,
prototype production, metric gears, worm gears,
internal and external splining, broaching, and
long production. |

latest technology available. Our four
computer controlled Brown and Sharpe Coordinate
Measuring Machines enable us to thoroughly
inspects every product before it is shipped from
our plant. We feel that our customers
