We are the producer of planetary drives, gearboxes, and automotive rear ends. So, you can see our assembly possibilities range from simple sub-assemblies to intricate mechanisms. All assemblies are made by experienced professionals who take pride in their work.
Equipment List
As one of the region’s most comprehensive machine shops, Mid-State Machine has the range of equipment required to produce tight-tolerance, high quality parts. Our quality and inspection department is North Carolina’s largest and most comprehensive large part CMM measuring department, with capability for parts up to 47 X 86 X 40 inches.
Our equipment is state of the art, and includes several robotic feed machines with the capability of running unmanned processes. We can turn parts ranging from 1 inch to 30 inches and mill lengths up to 120 inches, with Y and Z-axis of up to 38 inches.
For ease of shipping and receiving, we are conveniently located near three major interstates.
